For years I've been wanting to do the TK prequel series, but I don't really feel like it'd be right to take a few hundred strips just to tell you how Runt and Candy became, well, Runt and Candy. But when Kavar came along, I felt the backstory finally needed to be told. I'm kinda going to skip most details, but if you enjoyed Series 2 (from back in 2007!) you might like the next few strips, as I fill in some continuity blackspots.

If Lucasfilm and Dark Horse had asked me, instead of John Jackson Miller, to write the recently concluded Knights of the Old Republic comic series, I wouldn't have done a story about a Jedi Padawan on the run, with no real connection to the computer games. I'd have done the epic adventures of young Jolee Bindo: Jedi Padawan and smuggler! He would, of course, have a rockin' afro, and the story would be told of how he grew tired of the Jedi way, ran away, got married, how his wife turned to the dark side and he had to kill her, before the story finally ends with him living in a hole in the ground on Kashyyyk.

THANK YOU!

I was disappointed by the comic series because of that. Jolee Bindo comic would've been awesome.

I wished they asked you.

Personaly i found the kotor comics very nice, except from the extremely-happy ending. I felt that at least one of the protagonists should have at least lost one of his/ger limbs

bindo didnt have to kill his wife he let her go and she got killed somewhere else.
but yeah, i know u might get killed by the overwork but u could tell the story of what happens to runt and candy when they go to meet the true sith.

I'm normally a very reserved person. I'm not often susceptible to emotional outbursts. The last panel with Bindo is a rare exception. To put it simply and literally;

I lol'd
